TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

How can I price the service so low?   I work within the following boundaries:

Pricing:

Full redesign costs start at only £30 for a two column design.

Three column designs start at only £40.

Headers only start at £20.

There is a charge of between £2-£10 extra for providing a royalty free image should you require one.

Fixes, extra widget placement, third party application set up etc. are charged individually and by agreement with a minimum charge of £5 per item.

If you require anything outside of the criteria listed below please contact me for an individual quote.

*Please note: Some designs will require that the classic blogger template must be used. If you currently use the widget version the conversion is included in the price, though some widgets are not transferrable.

 

What is included in the standard pricing.

I create a header image for you either from something suitable you provide or if you have nothing suitable you would like used I can provide a royalty-free image for an extra £2-£10 depending on the image.

I will put your blog name and description or header in fancy lettering, wherever you want it.  The font is up to you.

I use a colour scheme of your choice.

I do all that behind-the-scenes standard html/css work.

I work with you to get you the layout you want, whether it's two columns or three.

I move any items in your current sidebar to your new design.

I work with the Blogger platform only.

 

 What is not included in the standard pricing.

I don't do my own artwork from scratch, unless it is something quick, like a dividing line or text-involved, like sidebar titles.

I don't adjust artwork. For example, I don't take the dog out of the picture and put a cat in instead. It helps to keep the pricing low.

I don't embed fonts for your post's text or headers. Please choose a Windows standard font.

I don't build your design without payment being made first.

 

The legal stuff:

By entering into business with gemmak designs you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

The licensing and copyright of any image provided to us by the client for use in a design remains the sole responsibility of the client.

By entering into this agreement you allow gemmak designs to include a link to your blog and screenshot of your design on our site. We will place a free link back button on your design.

Whilst gemmak designs will keep backup files of your art work and files for an unspecified period of time it is the responsibility of the client to take suitable backup measures.

gemmak designs do not guarantee to backup your design.

gemmak designs does not guarantee a time frame to complete your design, though every effort will be made to complete within the agreed timeframe.

gemmak designs accept payment only via Paypal unless by prior arrangement with a client on an individual basis. Payment can be made in USD, GBP or Euros at current exchange rates.

 

**Requests for refunds will be considered on individual merit only.
